GUNNA X JERSEY CLUB STYLE TYPE BEAT 

HOLY ROCKSTAR STUDIOS – BEAT LICENSE TERMS (LEASE & EXCLUSIVE)

Producer: Holy Rockstar Studios

Effective Date: 2024

By purchasing any beat, you (“Artist”) agree to all terms below.

1. OWNERSHIP (READ CAREFULLY)

    •    Holy Rockstar Studios owns 100% of all beats

    •    You are purchasing rights to use the beat, NOT ownership

    •    You own the final song (master recording) you create

    •    Ownership of the beat is NOT transferred unless explicitly agreed upon in writing by Holy Rockstar Studios

2. LICENSE TYPES

A. LEASE LICENSE (NON-EXCLUSIVE)

This license allows multiple artists to use the same beat.

You ARE granted the right to:

    •    Record and release 1 song using the beat

    •    Distribute your song on all platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, etc.)

    •    Perform the song live

    •    Create and upload 1 music video

    •    Monetize your song (within limits below)

LEASE LIMITS:

    •    Up to 50,000 streams

    •    Up to 500 downloads or sales

    •    1 music video only

    •    Up to $1,000 total in revenue from this song

Once any of these limits are exceeded:

    •    You are required to upgrade your license immediately

LEASE PRICE EXAMPLES (STANDARD):

    •    Basic Lease: $30 – includes 1 song + 1 music video + stream/download limits

    •    Unlimited Lease: $80 – unlimited streams, unlimited sales/downloads, 1 music video

LEASE UPGRADES:

    •    Upgrade from Basic Lease → Unlimited Lease: pay difference ($50)

    •    Upgrade from Lease → Exclusive: price difference based on beat ($300–$1000+)

B. UNLIMITED LEASE (NON-EXCLUSIVE)

You CAN:

    •    Distribute unlimited streams and sales

    •    Fully monetize your music

    •    Use the beat across all platforms without limits

IMPORTANT:

    •    This license is still non-exclusive

    •    Other artists can still purchase and use the beat

    •    Ownership remains with Holy Rockstar Studios unless otherwise agreed upon in writing

C. EXCLUSIVE LICENSE

You CAN:

    •    Use the beat with no limits

    •    Release unlimited songs, videos, and performances

    •    Fully monetize your music

EXCLUSIVITY TERMS:

    •    The beat is removed from sale after purchase

    •    No new licenses will be sold

IMPORTANT:

    •    Artists who previously leased the beat may still use it

    •    Holy Rockstar Studios retains ownership unless otherwise agreed upon in writing

EXCLUSIVE OWNERSHIP (BUYOUT – IF AGREED UPON IN WRITING)

Ownership is ONLY transferred if explicitly agreed upon in writing by Holy Rockstar Studios.

If ownership is agreed upon:

    •    100% copyright ownership transfers to the Artist

    •    Artist gains full control of the beat and composition

    •    Royalty splits and publishing may be renegotiated or waived

    •    A separate agreement and pricing will apply (typical buyout: $1,500 – $5,000+ depending on beat)

If NOT agreed upon in writing:

    •    Holy Rockstar Studios retains full ownership

    •    Standard royalty splits remain in place (50/50)

3. CREDIT (REQUIRED)

You must credit:

“Produced by Holy Rockstar Studios”

Include credit in:

    •    Streaming platforms

    •    YouTube descriptions

    •    Any official release

If you do not want to credit:

    •    A credit removal fee of $100 must be paid

4. ROYALTIES & PUBLISHING

Unless ownership is explicitly agreed upon in writing:

    •    Publishing split: 50% Artist / 50% Holy Rockstar Studios

    •    Artist must register with a PRO (BMI, ASCAP, etc.)

    •    Mechanical royalties follow the same split

5. CONTENT ID / YOUTUBE

    •    Beats may be registered in Content ID systems

    •    Lease users may receive claims

    •    Exclusive buyers will be whitelisted with proof of purchase

6. STEMS & DELIVERY

    •    Stems are included only if stated in the license

    •    Delivery timeframe: 24–72 hours after purchase

7. PROHIBITED USES (STRICT)

You may NOT:

    •    Resell, lease, or redistribute the beat

    •    Upload beat-only versions

    •    Use for AI training or resale

    •    Claim ownership or production credit

8. REFUNDS

    •    All sales are final

    •    No refunds due to digital delivery

9. BREACH OF TERMS

Violation may result in:

    •    License termination

    •    Content removal

    •    Legal action

10. MAJOR PLACEMENT CLAUSE

If your song:

    •    Gets signed

    •    Goes viral

    •    Generates major revenue

Then:

    •    Terms may be renegotiated to industry-standard splits and agreements

11. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of New York

12. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By purchasing, you agree to all terms listed above.
